Job summary

Sephora USA, Inc. is hiring a Seasonal Warehouse Associate at its Avon, IN distribution center. The role involves receiving, picking, packing, prep, put-away and shipping Sephora orders for stores and online customers.

You will follow safety rules, support Loss Prevention, and maintain attendance and flexibility to cover shifts and overtime. Ideal candidates will be familiar with WMS picking, RF terminal use, and basic math.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with WMS picking procedures or experience using menu driven applications.
• Familiarity with warehouse layout or ability to learn layout.
• Ability to operate RF terminals to receive, pick and replenish product.
• Ability to pack product using preferred methods.
• Basic math skills and ability to match numbers.
• Ability to be cross-trained in receiving, pick, pack, put-away and shipping processes.
• Ability to understand other functions of the business as they apply to position.
• Ability to work closely and effectively with others in a way that promotes teamwork.
• Possess a positive and enthusiastic demeanor

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock product, and pick, pack, prep and ship Sephora orders to both retail stores and on-line customers following established company and industry procedures.
• Follow all safety rules and regulations to ensure safe working practices.
• Comply with Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular and acceptable attendance.
• Maintain a flexible work schedule and work shifts including overtime as required.
• Respond to leadership direction and support shift coordinators and staff.
• Provide high quality internal and external customer service per company standards.
