Job summary

Sephora in Avon, Indiana is seeking a Warehouse Associate for our Omni-Channel Distribution Center. You will safely receive, pick, pack, prep, put-away and ship products to stores and online customers, following SOPs and safety rules.

Ideal candidates have experience with WMS/RF devices, basic math skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally in a team. This is an hourly, full-time role with a competitive base pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with WMS picking procedures.
• Familiarity with warehouse layout and procedures.
• Ability to operate RF terminals for receiving, picking, and replenishment.
• Basic math skills and number matching.
• Ability to be cross-trained in receiving, picking, packing, put-away and shipping.

Responsibilities

• Receive and stock product; pick, pack, prep and ship Sephora orders to stores and online customers according to SOPs.
• Follow safety rules and maintain proper work attire; report hazards.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention policies and procedures.
• Maintain regular attendance and flexibility for shifts and overtime.
• Collaborate with leadership and other departments to meet operational needs.
