Job summary

Join Pratt & Whitney's Columbus Engine Center as a Repairman responsible for maintaining, repairing, assembling, and testing turbine engines in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment. You will perform precision repair operations ensuring high standards of safety and quality.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required for access to information under this program/contract.
• Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) License or Powerplant (P) Certificate is a plus.
• Experience performing engine overhaul or repair in an aerospace or military environment is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Perform hands-on repair of turbine engine components and accessories.
• Utilize hand tools and specialized tooling to support repair operations.
• Conduct required self-inspections and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Skills

Hands-on repair of turbine engine components

Experience using precision measuring instruments

Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodologies
