Job summary

Baptist Health Floyd is seeking a Surgical Tech to join our Surgical Services team in Southern Indiana/Louisville, KY area. You will support operative procedures under supervision, aiming to anticipate the surgeon's next move for smooth, efficient care.

Requirements include graduation from a CAAHEP/ABHES program, NBSTSA CST eligibility within one year (or 10 years experience), and BLS within 30 days. Weekend shifts offer premium pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAAHEP or ABHES accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Must obtain NBSTSA CST within one year of hire or have 10 years of experience.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider within 30 days of hire.
• One year OR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver surgical care as part of the team under supervision and established procedures.
• Anticipate surgeon moves to keep procedures smooth and efficient.
• Support safety, sterility, and equipment readiness throughout cases.
