Baptist Health Floyd in the Southern Indiana/Louisville region is seeking a Surgical Tech for full-time weekend coverage (Friday, Saturday, Sunday, 6:30am-7pm). The role focuses on assisting the surgical team, maintaining smooth, safe procedures, and contributing to a healthy work environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAAHEP or ABHES accredited Surgical Technology program.
• Must obtain NBSTSA CST credential within one year of hire or have 10 years of experience as a CST.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider within 30 days of hire.
• 1 year OR experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists in delivery of surgical care under supervision.
• Strives to anticipate surgeon's next move to maintain efficiency and safety during procedures.
