Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate-degree or higher or Nursing Diploma required at hire.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required within 5 years of employment.
• Active RN license in Kentucky at hire; BLS certification within 45 days.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care per policies and procedures.
