Job summary

Pathway to Possible Inc. is seeking a Weekend Manager for a 36-hour shift (Sat 9am – Sun 9pm) in Newton, MA, with an asleep overnight component. Pay is $28/hour for regular hours and $15/hour for asleep overnight hours.

A Bachelor’s degree and MAP certification are preferred and required within 90 days, plus a valid MA driver’s license and CPR/First Aid training. Responsibilities include policy compliance, program development support, documentation, staff supervision on weekends, and

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Services required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• MAP certification or ability to obtain it within 90 days of start date.

Responsibilities

• Follow all policies and procedures outlined in P2P Personnel Policies and Procedures.
• Participate in development and implementation of ISP programs to develop personal competencies.
• Complete documentation and maintain confidentiality of information.
