Job summary

Socket.dev invites a Program Manager to lead the Pathway to Possible house in Newton, MA. The role ensures high-quality services, supervises staff, and manages fiduciary duties, medication distribution, and compliance with DDS guidelines.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree (or higher) in a related field, 5+ years of management experience preferred, and strong communication skills. Work is full-time, Mon–Fri, 10am–6pm, with a 40-hour week and a $57k–$70k salary range.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Familiarity with the DDS delivery system.
• First Aid and CPR certified; experience with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Oversee house operations and ensure high-quality services.
• Schedule and supervise staff; fiduciary oversight.
• Oversee medication distribution and administrative duties.
• Maintain program records and budgetary guidelines.
• Coordinate medical/dental appointments and ISP plan development.
• Engage with families, guardians, and other providers.
