Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record required.
• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent needed.

Responsibilities

• Implement medication and medical protocols according to agency policies.
• Develop and implement individualized service and behavior plans.
• Complete nightly checklist by end of shift.
