Job summary

Pathway to Possible in Newton, MA seeks a full-time Program Manager supervise weekend operations for residents receiving community services. Role involves ensuring adherence to policies, supervising staffing, and promoting person-centered supports.

• DDS fingerprint background check clearance

Responsibilities

• Follow all policies and procedures as outlined in the P2P Personnel Policies and Procedures and the P2P Policies to Promote Human Dignity
• Participate in development and implementation of ISP programs designed to develop personal competencies based on Long-Range plans supporting people in accessing community services and activities
• Complete all documentation responsibilities and maintain confidentiality of information
• Participate in agency and Department of Developmental Services trainings and staff meetings
• Assist and support people in maintaining healthy lifestyles in a safe and secure environment
• Maintain house, grounds, furnishings, and equipment
• Take direction from the Program Manager and participate in program and personnel evaluations
• Communicate with Program Manager weekly regarding issues affecting residents/programming/property
• Provide direction to and act as role model for other P2P staff on weekend shifts in absence of Program Manager
• Be responsible for monthly calendar of activities for residents
• P2P staff may be reassigned to other P2P locations as needed

Weekend Manager Shift:

Saturday 9am - Sunday 9pm for a total of 36 hours

This shift includes 1 asleep overnight shift.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for monthly calendar of activities for the residents.
• P2P staff may be reassigned to other P2P work locations based on the needs of the residents we support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Experience in Human Services required
• Commitment to promote community inclusion activities
• Current MAP (Medication Administration Program) certification or ability to obtain it within 90 days of start date and maintain MAP certification for the duration of employment
• Massachusetts Driver's License; required
• First Aid and CPR training required
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• Required COVID-19 vaccination confirmation
• Clearance of CORI background checks as required by state and federal law
• Clearance of DPPC registry as required by state law
• A cleared search of finger printing through the DDS criminal background check.
