Reedy River Post Acute in Greenville, SC is seeking a Weekend Supervisor (RN) to oversee weekend clinical and operational activities, ensuring safe, high-quality resident care. You will serve as the on-site clinical leader, supporting nursing staff, addressing resident needs, and ensuring compliance with facility policies and regulatory requirements.

Weekend schedule is Saturdays and Sundays (7a–11p). Competitive pay range is $38-$40 per hour, with a supportive team environment and opportunities

Competenze

• Graduation from an accredited RN program.
• Active, unrestricted RN license in South Carolina.
• Long-term care and rehabilitation experience required.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance.

• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff during weekend shifts.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and facility leadership.

Position Summary

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Graduate of an accredited Registered Nursing (RN) program
• Active, unrestricted RN license in South Carolina
• Long-term care and rehabilitation experience required
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
• Strong understanding of clinical operations and regulatory compliance

Licenses & Certifications

• Current South Carolina RN license in good standing

• Must remain in good standing with the South Carolina Board of Nursing
