Job summary

Nazareth Home is seeking an innovative and friendly Registered Nurse (RN) House Supervisor to join the Highlands Campus at 2000 Newburg Road. The position covers Saturdays and Sundays from 7:15am to 7:45pm in Louisville, KY.

Responsibilities include supervising unit nursing care, delivering resident care via the nursing process, and interacting with residents, families, and health team members to maintain professional standards.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed by the Kentucky Board of Nursing as a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse.
• Current CPR certification.
• Two to four years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Interact effectively with residents, family members and health team members while maintaining professional nursing standards.

WHAT WE NEED YOU TO DO

You will be responsible for delivering care to residents utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and implementation and evaluating.

You will be required to effectively interact with residents, family members and other health team members while maintaining all standards of professional nursing. You will be responsible for the supervision of the nursing care on the unit.
