Nazareth Home in Louisville, KY is seeking an innovative and friendly Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) House Supervisor to join the Clifton Campus team at 2120 Payne Street. The position runs Friday through Sunday, 6:30am to 7:00pm, providing leadership and direct resident care on the unit.

You will supervise nursing care, collaborate with residents and families, and work within a compassionate, person-centered approach.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Licensed by the Kentucky Board of Nursing as RN or LPN.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• 2–4 years of related experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care to residents using the nursing process (assessment, planning, intervention, evaluation).
• Interact effectively with residents, families, and health team members while maintaining nursing standards.
• Supervise nursing care on the unit.

What We Need You to Do

You will be responsible for delivering care to residents utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and implementation and evaluating. You will be required to effectively interact with residents, family members and other health team members while maintaining all standards of professional nursing. You will be responsible for the supervision of the nursing care on the unit.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Licensed by the Kentucky Board of Nursing as a registered nurse or licensed practical nurse
• Current CPR certification
• Two to four years of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
