Nazareth Home in Louisville, KY is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our compassionate long-term care team. We value a low nurse-to-resident ratio and provide support from a dedicated nursing team on two campuses: Clifton and Highlands.

Eligible candidates hold Kentucky LPN licensure, CPR certification, and graduate from an accredited nursing program. Positions include full-time night shifts with competitive pay and benefits, including 401(k) with match and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Licensed by the Kentucky Board of Nursing as a licensed practical nurse.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide preventative, therapeutic, and rehabilitative nursing care.
• Administer medications and treatments and monitor resident responses.
• Observe and report changes in condition to the care team.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and medication records.
• Communicate with residents, families, physicians, and team members.
• Support nursing assistants and promote teamwork on the unit.
• Respond calmly and effectively to emergencies.
