Job summary

Atrium Centers is seeking a dedicated nursing leader in Ohio to take an essential role in managing the nursing department and ensuring compassionate, high-quality care for residents.

The position emphasizes strong leadership, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with senior staff to maintain clinical excellence, safety, and resident satisfaction within a 100% employee-owned organization. A sign-on bonus is offered as part of the package.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minimum 3 years of long-term care experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
