You will supervise LPNs, CNAs, and staff, coordinate weekend staffing, and serve as on-site clinical leadership, partnering with physicians and leaders to maintain regulatory readiness and a positive team environment.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Active, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina.
• Long-term care and rehabilitation experience required.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and staff during weekend shifts.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care.
