Brushy Creek Post Acute is seeking a Weekend Supervisor (LPN) in Greer, SC for a part-time role with a consistent Saturday and Sunday schedule plus one weekday. You will oversee weekend clinical and operational activities, serving as the on-site clinical leader for nursing staff and ensuring high-quality resident care.

Ideal candidates hold an accredited LPN license in SC with long-term care experience and prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Active, unrestricted LPN license in South Carolina.
• Long-term care and rehabilitation experience required.
• Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support LPNs, CNAs, and nursing staff during weekend shifts.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality, resident-centered care.
• Monitor resident conditions and communicate changes to physicians and facility leadership.
• Provide clinical guidance and support to nursing staff.
• Assist with staffing coordination and coverage as needed.
• Ensure accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
• Respond to resident, family, and staff concerns professionally and effectively.
• Participate in clinical problem-solving and emergency response as needed.
• Serve as a liaison between nursing staff, physicians, residents, and families.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment.
• Support facility quality initiatives and survey readiness efforts.
