Job summary

Strategies to Empower People is seeking a full-time Program Manager for Behavioral Support Services in the Sacramento area. You will coordinate, develop, and implement our community-based supported living program for adults with I/DD and challenging behaviors, working with a team of Directors, Managers, and Field Supervisors.

You will oversee on-site assessments, staff supervision, documentation, and quality assurance, while developing and implementing treatment and crisis intervention plans to

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years direct experience with I/DD population.
• Minimum 3 years experience with individuals with behavioral challenges (aggression, elopement, self-injurious behaviors).
• BA or MA in Psychiatry, Social Work or related field.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee Supported Living Services for I/DD adults.
• Document, report, and supervise field staff; on-site assessments for new clients.
• Develop and implement treatment plans and crisis intervention plans; conduct QA checks.
