Job summary
A caregiving organization in Sacramento seeks compassionate individuals to support adults with intellectual disabilities in achieving their daily goals. Qualifications
Prior experience providing direct care and supervision to persons with intellectual disabilities is preferred.
Ability to complete training of nonphysical methods of crisis intervention within the first 45 days of employment.
Ability to meet Title 17 requirements including health screen and TB clearance.
Responsibilities
Meet the ongoing care and instructional needs of individuals with intellectual disabilities.
Establish and maintain a constructive and professional relationship with individuals.
Assist individuals with personal grooming, meals, and healthcare coordination.
