Job summary

Heyrowan is seeking a customer-obsessed Studio Sales Associate for our Menlo Park studio to deliver an exceptional piercing and shopping experience. You will greet guests, assist with appointments, and upsell non-piercing jewelry and aftercare kits, while keeping the studio clean and compliant with safety standards.

The role is hourly, non-exempt, with weekend availability and a team-oriented environment focused on brand knowledge and amazing customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on service.
• Ability to upsell products and explain features clearly.
• Comfort handling transactions and inventory processes.
• Willingness to work weekends, nights and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and create a celebratory environment.
• Check customers in and help book appointments using POS systems.
• Help select and style piercing and hypoallergenic jewelry.
• Answer questions about piercing procedures, aftercare, and products.
• Promote and upsell Rowan products and aftercare kits.
• Keep studio clean, organized, and stocked with supplies.
• Assist with inventory, displays, and learning sessions.
• Collaborate with Studio Manager and nurses to serve customers.
