Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company in Vandalia, IL is seeking Merchandisers to stock Coca-Cola products in retail accounts on weekends with two weekdays off and a 5 am start.

You will replenish shelves, build displays, rotate stock, and communicate with store managers via Teams, ensuring FIFO inventory and timely rotations. The role requires a vehicle, a valid license, and at least one year in grocery/retail.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred; minimum one year of work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish products in store shelves, racks, displays, and coolers.
• Build, change, or remove product displays and maintain signage.
• Manage backroom inventory and rotate stock using FIFO training.
• Evaluate damaged product and re-pack as needed; complete required paperwork.
• Communicate with accounts and teams; provide recap pictures after servicing.
• Maintain professional relationships with co-workers and customers.
