Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Merchandiser to stock and display Coca-Cola products at large store locations. You will build displays, replenish shelves, and maintain equipment to company standards.

You will rotate products, ensure product integrity, and collaborate with sales and delivery teams to execute merchandising plans. A valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle are required, along with a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to comply with fleet policy.
• Ability to read, write and speak English.
• Reliable vehicle and flexible/rotating work schedule.
• High school diploma or GED, with 0–6 months related experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Build displays and replenish inventory on customer shelves and equipment.
• Sell and execute merchandising at store level and maintain product integrity.
• Rotate products, organize backstock, and maintain clean coolers.
• Collaborate with Sales Supervisor and Delivery Driver to execute plans.
• Provide superior customer service and establish positive customer relationships.
