Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company is hiring Merchandisers to stock Coca-Cola beverages in retail accounts. You will ensure beverage sections, end caps, racks and displays are filled for customers.

This role requires weekend work with Mon/Tue off and a 6 am start. A High School Diploma or GED is preferred, plus at least one year of grocery/retail experience; you must have a vehicle and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred and minimum of one year of work experience.
• Minimum of one year of work experience in grocery, retail, warehouse, or related field.
• Must have a personal vehicle and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Stock and replenish products in shelves, displays, and coolers; transport between backroom and sales floor.
• Build, change, or remove product displays and maintain signage; secure damaged stock.
• Manage backroom inventory; report levels and rotate stock using FIFO principles.
• Process damaged product, re-pack, and complete required paperwork.
• Communicate with accounts and team; share account recaps and photos after servicing.
