Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company seeks Merchandisers to stock Coca-Cola beverages in retail accounts. You will fill end caps, racks, displays and rotate stock for freshness, while coordinating with store personnel and account manager.

Weekend shifts are required with Tue/Thu off; starting at 5 am. Valid driver's license and a personal vehicle are necessary to travel between accounts; background check and pre-employment screening apply.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred and minimum of one year of work experience required.
• Must be 18 years of age and legally eligible to work.
• Must have a personal vehicle for use during working hours.
• Valid Driver's License and insurance; clean driving record.
• Ability to operate pallet jacks and high loader lifts; certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and replenish products in store shelves, racks, displays, and coolers by transporting product between backroom/storage room to the sales floor with a manual or powered equipment while ensuring product deliveries are fully worked.
• Build, change, or remove product displays while adhering to company standards; maintain product signage; clean space and secure damaged or defective product.
• Manage backroom by organizing products, monitor inventory levels in partnership with store account manager; use FIFO for timely sales.
• Evaluate and process damaged product; re-packaging and weekly rotation of front-stock and back-stock; complete required paperwork.
• Communicate with accounts and teams; share recap pictures and updates after servicing accounts.
