Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively in English, verbally and in writing.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally; 35 pounds regularly.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Weekend Manager on Duty and Staffing Coordinator.
• Review staff schedules and report to Wellness Director.
• Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires.
• Coordinate caregiving tasks and daily living assistance per resident plans.
• Maintain resident records and ensure effective communication with the IRIS team.
