Job summary

Iris Memory Care of Tulsa is seeking PRN Certified Nurse Aides (CNA) and Certified Medication Aides (CMA) to join a warm, home-like memory care community in Tulsa, OK. The facility serves residents with Alzheimer’s and dementia, offering flexible shifts and a close-knit team.

You will assist residents with ADLs, monitor vital signs and weights, support activities, and help maintain a clean, respectful environment while documenting care and communicating with families.

Qualifications

• Active listing on the Oklahoma Nurse Aide Registry is required
• Minimum one year of experience with older adults preferred
• Experience in memory care or dementia residents strongly preferred
