Job summary

Iris Memory Care of Tulsa is seeking CNAs and CMAs to join our PRN pool at our memory care community in Tulsa, OK. We offer flexible shifts across all schedules and a warm, home-like environment where staff know residents by name.

Pay ranges from $17.00 to $19.50 per hour, negotiable based on experience, with priority given to memory care experience. Join a small, intimate team that supports residents living with dementia.

Qualifications

• Active list on the Oklahoma Nurse Aide Registry is required.
• High school diploma or GED is required.
• At least one year of experience working with older adults preferred.
• Experience in memory care or with dementia residents strongly preferred.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Show warmth, patience, and compassion for memory-impaired residents.
• Reliable work history and ability to work across shifts.
• Ability to meet continuing education requirements for the role.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Support residents with life enrichment and recreation.
• Perform light housekeeping and laundry.
• Monitor vital signs and monthly weights.
• Provide emotional support to residents and families.
• Uphold dignity, privacy, independence of residents.
• Lead individual and group activities to enrich daily life.
