Kei Ai Los Angeles Healthcare Center in Los Angeles, CA, seeks a part-time Staffing Coordinator with weekend availability to support daily operations and staffing needs. The role involves recording schedules, coordinating with Nursing Supervisors, and ensuring units are adequately staffed according to census and acuity.

The position emphasizes organization, strong communication, and ability to respond to staffing changes with minimal resources.

Formación

• Minimum two years of clerical experience and ability to manage schedules.
• High school diploma or GED required and strong attention to detail.
• Proven communication skills and ability to work with multiple management levels.

Responsabilidades

• Creates schedules to be copied, distributed and revised.
• Coordinates daily staffing of departments including replacements.
• Determines whether time off can be granted per guidelines.
• Schedules facility staff at levels determined by DON.
• Prepares and maintains records of all shift schedules and communicates clearly.
• Calculates daily staffing needs based on census and acuity.
