Job summary

Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist for a Part Time Weekender role (Fri/Sat/Sun) in Kentucky. You will evaluate, assess, and develop individualized treatment plans to help patients overcome speech and language challenges in a supportive inpatient rehabilitation environment.

You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, document progress, and adapt therapy as needed. The ideal candidate holds state licensure, CCC, CPR/BLS certification, and a Master’s degree or equivalent

Qualifications

• Current licensure in Speech Therapy by state regulations.
• CCC certification (ASHA) completed and current.
• CPR/BLS certification required or within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, assess, develop, and administer personalized treatment plans for speech and language rehabilitation.
• Identify issues and modify therapy as needed.
• Track, document, and report patient progress and response to treatment.
• Celebrate patient victories and progress throughout therapy.
