Job summary

Encompass Health seeks a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language needs in a nationwide inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will develop personalized plans, document progress, and adjust therapies to maximize outcomes.

The role requires current licensure, CCC, and CPR (or within 30 days). Master’s degree is preferred, or Bachelor’s with relevant field experience; opportunity for growth within a leading rehab company.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• 2) CCC certification completed or in good standing.
• 3) CPR certification required or obtainable within 30 days of hire.
• 4) Master's degree preferred, or Bachelor's with field experience.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehab needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment as necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories and milestones along the journey.
