Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice in Kentucky is seeking a part-time Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate and treat clients in home settings. The role includes coverage of speech, swallowing, and hearing impairments and requires SLP licensure in the state of employment.

Work 24 hours per week over four days and contribute to care for patients recovering from stroke or other neurological conditions in a home-based setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Current Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) within the state of employment.
• Ability to maintain automobile insurance and drive in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, evaluate and provide speech therapy services to clients in a home setting as prescribed by the attending physician.
• Treat patients with speech disorders, swallowing therapy, and hearing impairments that affect communication.
• Support patients recovering from stroke or other neurological disorders.
