Job summary

Parts Authority is seeking a Warehouse Shipping Supervisor to lead a team in the shipping department, ensuring timely processing of orders and adherence to safety standards. The role requires weekend work and supervisory experience to maintain high productivity across all shipping activities.

You will coordinate picking, packing, and loading operations, manage staffing for receiving, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet customer deadlines.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years hands-on supervisory experience.
• 1 year shipping/receiving experience.
• Experience with WMS/inventory systems and RF technology.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of shipping productivity and efficiency.
• Directs and oversees internet shipping processes (picking, sorting, packing, processing).
• Maintain staffing levels to accomplish receiving missions efficiently.
• Plan, train, and motivate staff; monitor performance.
• Ensure safety and compliance in the shipping department.
