Job summary

Parts Authority, a national parts distributor, seeks a Warehouse Stocking Supervisor in Denver to lead stocking agents, oversee daily replenishment, and ensure accurate order fulfillment. You will direct shipping operations, manage receiving, and maintain high standards of safety and efficiency.

The role requires 2-3 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse, familiarity with WMS and RF tech, and strong communication skills. Weekend work is required; competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years hands-on supervisory experience.
• 1 year stocking experience.
• Supervisory experience, team building.
• Experience with WMS/inventory management system and RF technology.
• Must possess ability to multi-task and adjust to dynamic order flow fluctuations as needed.
• Self-starter with ability to identify areas drifting behind in production and proactively act.
• Experience in tracking metrics, including KPIs such as team member productivity.
• Knowledge of automotive parts preferred.
• Excellent MS Office skills.
• Outstanding customer relations skills.
• Strong skills in team/personnel management and communication.
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds, stand/walk up to 10 hours, squat, bend and reach.
• Ability to operate powered equipment (forklift, cherry picker).
• Maintain safety and compliance practices (DOT/OSHA).
• Securing and transferring cash or other assets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high level of shipping productivity and efficiency.
• Directs and oversees the Internet shipping process of picking, sorting, packing, and processing to meet customer deadlines.
• Maintains a staffing level to accomplish the receiving mission efficiently.
• Plan and coordinate work, train and motivate staff, monitor performance.
• Ensure shipping staff can safely operate material handling equipment.
• Develop crew leaders to oversee daily routines of their crews.
• Maintain equipment structure to accomplish shipping mission safely.
• Monitor loading of merchandise and ensure readiness to ship.
• Resolve discrepancies with accounting on invoices, packing slips, stocking reports.
• Train new associates and maintain cross-functional communication.
• Direct and oversee Internet picking/sorting/packing to meet deadlines.
• Assist receiving and inventory supervisors with prioritizing inbound products.
