Job summary

CJ Logistics America is hiring for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk on a Weekend 2nd Shift (Fri - Mon) 3:30PM - 2AM. The role handles driver sign-in, dock assignments, and shipment documentation in a hybrid warehouse/office setting.

Typical duties include coordinating schedules, ensuring compliance, and delivering strong customer service while maintaining inventory accuracy. Requires 1–2 years of experience and proficiency with MS Office; AS400/WMS experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic math, reading, and record-keeping skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Greet and sign drivers in and out of the facility, ensuring all paperwork is verified and completed.
• Assign dock doors to inbound and outbound loads, coordinating closely with yard spotters and warehouse teams.
• Process Bills of Lading and all associated shipping and receiving documentation, maintaining accurate records.
• Maintain real-time door and yard reports for trailer inventory.
• Maintain inbound and outbound shipment schedules using warehouse management systems.
• Coordinate yard movements and dock assignments to optimize flow.
