Job summary

CJ Logistics America is hiring a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to act as the main contact for drivers at the Welcome Center. You will verify shipments, maintain schedules, coordinate dock activities, and ensure accurate documentation to support efficient logistics operations.

Options include weekend shifts with differential and a focus on customer service, inventory integrity, and compliance. This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and teamwork in a combined warehouse and office setting.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1–2 years relevant experience in logistics/shipping.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet and sign drivers in/out, verify paperwork.
• Assign dock doors and coordinate with yard/warehouse.
• Process Bills of Lading and documentation.
• Maintain real-time door and yard reports.
• Update inbound/outbound shipment schedules in WMS.
