Job summary

Filterbuy is seeking a Weekend Shipping Supervisor to oversee outbound shipping at the Talladega facility. You will lead weekend shift associates, ensure orders are picked, packed and shipped accurately, and maintain a safe, efficient workplace on a Friday–Monday schedule (6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.).

You will report to the Shipping Manager, drive performance metrics, and coordinate with Production and Customer Service to meet customer deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma; 5+ years shipping/logistics experience including supervisory roles.
• Experience in high-volume warehouse or ecommerce fulfillment.
• Knowledge of packaging, labeling, and shipping documentation.
• Able to lead, motivate, and manage a weekend shift.

Responsibilities

• Supervise weekend shipping associates (pickers, packers, material handlers, forklift operators).
• Plan daily labor and workflow based on orders and carrier cut-off times.
• Oversee outbound shipping: picking, packing, staging, loading, documentation.
