Tidalwave Print & Fulfillment in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Weekend Operations Manager to lead our Saturday-through-Monday 3PL fulfillment operation. This three-day work week offers full-time pay and benefits, with you as the on-site senior leader on Saturday and Sunday, overseeing production output, team performance, safety, and handoffs to weekday leadership.

You will work across picking, packing, bulk shipping, and client stations, making independent decisions, coaching a small weekend

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of management or supervisory experience.
• Strong reliability and attendance.
• Clear communication and independent decision-making.
• Ability to maintain focus and productivity with minimal guidance.

Responsibilities

• Plan weekend priorities with weekday managers and direct daily work across the 3PL operation.
• Lead a weekend team of 3–5 employees with task assignment, coaching, and performance monitoring.
• Adjust workflow to maintain accuracy, throughput, and client SLAs.
• Serve as on-site senior decision-maker on Sat/Sun and coordinate handoffs Monday.
