Job Summary

This position is responsible for assisting individuals participating in services with activities of daily living by implementing, supporting, and documenting activities that promote recovery, wellness, and self-determination. It supports community integration with the goal of promoting independence for all individuals. The role also involves the care and upkeep of the service location. Pay Rate

$16.25 - $17.25 per hour

Location & Shifts

• Coatesville, PA (Kings Highway)
• 1st shift: Sunday-Thursday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm
• 2nd shift: Friday-Monday 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm
• PRN shifts available

Requirements

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Bachelor's Degree preferred, in Human Services or related field
• 1-2 years of work experience preferred
• Valid Driver’s License; CPRP/RPRP Certification and Certified Peer Specialist are preferred

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work independently and in teams
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask, adapt to workload, exercise judgment, and work empathetically
• Ability to perform basic housekeeping, meal prep, and maintenance duties
• Willingness to drive agency vehicle

Physical and Environmental Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift, carry, push, pull, climb, balance, kneel, crouch, crawl, reach, feel, grasp, perform substantial movements, coordinate eyes/hands/fingers, distinguish colors, and have close vision
• Physical effort varies from occasional to constant based on activity
