Job summary

Rosedale Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Weekend Shift Nursing Supervisor to lead the nursing team from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. This part-time role focuses on maintaining high-quality resident care and smooth operations in a skilled nursing facility.

The ideal candidate is an RN or LPN with at least one year of supervisory experience, strong clinical judgment, and excellent communication and people skills.

Qualifications

• Valid RN or LPN license in VA.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience (SNF preferred).
• Strong clinical judgment, communication and people skills.
• Calm under pressure and confident in decision-making.
