Shalom Gardens Health and Rehab is seeking an Evening Shift Nursing Supervisor (LPN) to lead the nursing team from 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM. This full-time role focuses on clinical excellence, resident care, and smooth operations during off-hours in a skilled nursing facility.

You will oversee staff, coordinate with families and doctors, respond to emergencies, and serve as the go-to person for residents and team members, ensuring compassionate elder care and strong leadership every night.

Qualifications

• LPN license in VA is required.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
