Williamsburg Post Acute and Rehabilitation is seeking a Weekend Shift Nursing Supervisor (RN or LPN) to lead weekend staff, oversee resident care, coordinate with families and clinicians, and ensure clinical excellence during off-hours. You’ll rely on your clinical judgment, calm leadership, and team-first mindset to create a safe, compassionate environment for our residents.

Qualifications

• Valid RN or LPN license in VA.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience (SNF preferred).
