Rosedale Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Weekend Shift Nursing Supervisor to lead the nursing team during the 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM weekend hours. This part-time role focuses on maintaining clinical excellence and ensuring seamless care for residents.

You must hold a valid RN or LPN license in Virginia and have at least 1 year of supervisory or leadership experience in a skilled nursing facility. Strong communication and calm, confident decision-making are essential.

Qualifications

• RN or LPN license valid in VA.
• At least 1 year supervisory or leadership experience in SNF.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support nursing staff during the weekend shift.
• Oversee resident care and clinical excellence.
• Coordinate with families, doctors, and team members for continuity of care.
• Respond to emergencies and ensure smooth operations after hours.
