Valmont Industries in El Dorado, KS is hiring a Machine Operator to set up and run equipment for pole manufacturing. You will operate machines, read blueprints, and ensure parts meet specifications on a 5:00 am to 5:30 pm shift (Fri-Sun), with 36 hours paid as 40. Training hours apply.

Responsibilities include measuring, quality checks, safety compliance, and keeping the workspace safe and clean. Prior overhead crane experience is preferred and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds is

Qualifications

• Must read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings.
• Able to read a tape measure and perform basic math.
• Demonstrates safe work practices and PPE usage.
