Job summary

Timken in Keene, NH is seeking a full-time manufacturing associate to support schedule attainment and lead-mentoring in a fast-paced environment. The role runs Friday to Sunday, 5:00am–5:00pm, with a pay range of $34.00–$36.00 per hour and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Industrial mathematics, ability to add/subtract decimals.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical information.
• Geometric dimensioning and tolerance knowledge.
• Team leadership and training ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to use and set up measuring devices/gages.

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead and supervisor with schedule attainment.
• Provide direction and mentorship to employees in your area.
• Promote quality standards and meet production schedules while optimizing efficiency.
• Interact with service departments and occasionally with customers and vendors.
• Track, maintain and order supplies supporting your area.
• Maintain responsibilities at technician/expert level for your area.
