Job summary

Timken in Keene, New Hampshire, is seeking a 2nd shift, full-time Manufacturing Technician. You will assist the lead and supervisor to meet schedules, mentor staff, and uphold quality standards while optimizing use of people and equipment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-5 years manufacturing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead and supervisor with schedule attainment.
• Provide direction and assistance to employees in your functional area. Lead, mentor, and train as applicable.
• Promote company policy, ensure quality standards, meet work schedules using people and equipment efficiently.
• Interact with service departments, customers and vendors as needed.
• Track, maintain and order supplies supporting your area.
