In this position you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining Timken’s high standards of safety and quality. • Lead daily operations to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of employees.
• Ensure adherence to safety and quality policies.
• Train, mentor, and motivate employees to enhance team skills and performance.
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize production efficiency.
• Lead root cause problem solving process to implement corrective actions that address customer complaints and other scrap concerns.
• Maintain accurate employee and production records.

Basic Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
