Timken Keene plant in Keene, NH is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative and routine maintenance on manufacturing machinery. The role focuses on mechanical repairs, basic electrical tasks, and safe handling of chemicals.

The position offers a first shift schedule (Mon-Thu 5:00am-3:00pm with Friday overtime) and a pay range of $27.50–$31.50 per hour, with comprehensive benefits starting on day one.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Willingness to perform 90% mechanical and 10% electrical tasks.
• Ability to work safely around chemicals and lubricants.

Responsibilities

• Perform Preventative Maintenance on machinery and plant support equipment.
• Ensure routine maintenance inspections, checks, and tasks are completed (e.g., cleaning, coolant systems).
• Handle material, waste, and hazardous/non-hazardous materials per regulations.
• Assist maintenance team on more complex tasks.
• Support a 90% mechanical and 10% electrical work balance.
