Job summary

The Timken Company in Keene, NH is seeking a Weekend Shift Manufacturing Technician to support schedule attainment and quality objectives while operating within a lean, safety-conscious environment.

You will mentor teammates, read blueprints, use gages and calipers, and strive to optimize use of people and equipment. This role offers full-time hours, competitive pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• 1-5 years manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical information.
• Knowledge of geometric dimensioning and tolerance (GD&T).

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead and supervisor with schedule attainment.
• Provide direction and mentorship to employees in your area.
• Promote policy, ensure quality standards, and optimize staffing and equipment use.
• Interact with service departments and occasionally with customers and vendors.
• Track and order supplies supporting your area.
• Maintain and uphold process documentation.
