Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and plant equipment.
• Carry out routine maintenance and basic mechanical repairs as part of a manufacturing maintenance team.
• Must be able to read drawings, charts and diagrams and work with various lifting/transport devices.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and plant support equipment.
• Ensure all routine maintenance inspections and tasks are completed (cleaning, coolant systems, etc.).
• Handle materials, supplies and wastes produced in the plant, including hazardous waste handling per regulations.
• Assist others on more complex work; 90% mechanical and 10% electrical.
