Job summary

Bloom Energy is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Supervisor to lead a fast-paced maintenance team in Newark, DE. This on-site role focuses on developing strategies for corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance, while coordinating with Engineering and Facilities to prioritize work and allocate resources.

The ideal candidate has 4–6 years in facilities/maintenance management with supervisory experience, strong knowledge of OSHA/NFPA70E, and proficiency with MS Office and maintenance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency required; Associate or Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• 4-6 years of facilities/maintenance management experience with 3+ years supervisory.
• Hands-on knowledge of production and facilities equipment.
• Knowledge of OSHA and NFPA70E safety procedures.
• Experience with maintenance software and work-order tracking.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain a highly technical, fast-paced Equipment Maintenance Team.
• Develop a strategy for Corrective, Preventative, and Predictive Maintenance.
• Advise on new equipment to enable business growth.
• Plan work priorities with Engineering Leadership and Facilities Management.
• Track KPIs and share dashboards with stakeholders.
• Ensure safety, efficiency, and budget adherence in maintenance work.
• Train team members and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
